How it works

A Scan is a sequence, not a black box.

Every step is designed to be explained to the person who ultimately signs the approval.

  1. NDA and scope confirmation

We agree what one package is, sign the NDA and confirm confidential handling before a single document changes hands.

  2. Confidential intake

You send the package and its supporting documents through an isolated, tenant-separated channel. Each original is hashed and versioned on arrival and is never altered afterwards.

  3. Baseline reconstruction

The contract, schedule of values, scope, prior approvals and prior claims are reconstructed into a single, traceable baseline.

  4. Claim and variation tracing

Every submitted line is traced against that baseline and the evidence on file: what was agreed, what changed, what was authorized and what has already been claimed.

  5. Deterministic calculation

Amounts at issue are calculated by fixed, reproducible arithmetic against the documents — not estimated or inferred.

  6. Human review

A qualified reviewer checks every material finding, confirms the evidence and the recommended action, and signs it. Nothing material reaches you unreviewed.

  7. ProofPack delivery

You receive the decision summary and the evidence-linked ProofPack, and we walk it through with you before any approval decision is made.

Structured, not automatic

Structured review software assists the tracing and the arithmetic. It does not decide anything on its own: a qualified reviewer validates every material finding, and the record shows who validated it and when.
